Summer Explorations is a three-week leadership and enrichment program for youth ages 8–14 that combines hands-on learning, STEAM activities, and team-based challenges. Participants build confidence, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills while practicing The IMPACT Way values.
Youth also apply their leadership through community service projects and participate in educational trips that provide experiences they may not otherwise have—broadening their perspectives, inspiring new possibilities, and encouraging them to dream bigger about their future. Through real-world learning and guided reflection, Summer Explorations helps students discover their strengths, explore new interests, and grow as leaders who make a positive impact in their communities.
