Mentoring Monarchs is a leadership program for youth ages 8–14 that builds confidence and essential life skills through hands-on challenges. Participants—known as Monarchs—develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while practicing The IMPACT Way values. They apply their learning through community service, and each session concludes with reflection and merit recognition to support personal growth and real-world leadership.
