The Mentoring Monarchs Program empowers youth ages 8-14 through engaging challenges that build teamwork, communication, listening, and leadership skills. Participants, known as Monarchs, complete challenges using The IMPACT Way, embodying core values throughout the process. Monarchs also have opportunities to apply their skills through community service activities, reinforcing their learning in real-world settings. Each event concludes with merit recognition and reflection on real-life applications, fostering personal growth and development.
